What We Do

We all know and love this great City of Memphis and just like most cities there are issues. Poverty issues, crime issues, drug issues, race issues and the list could go on. But what is Memphis’ biggest issue? We at Memphis Christians would say it a faith and heart issue! Everything starts from there. Our goal is to partner with communities and put the heart back in its place with by restoring community and family by empowering Gods people to truly see who they are, community leaders. So that they can stand up and be proud of who they are and how they contribute to this amazing 901 community!

Organizing Local Leaders

We engage with community members to identify local leaders who can spearhead initiatives and mobilize resources within their neighborhoods.

Job Preparedness and Training

We provide job readiness programs, vocational training, and skills development workshops to equip residents with the tools they need to secure employment and build sustainable livelihoods.

Financial Education

We offer financial literacy courses and workshops to empower individuals with knowledge and skills to manage their finances, build assets, and plan for the future.

Mentoring Teams

We established mentoring programs where experienced professionals from the community provide guidance, support, and encouragement to individuals seeking personal and professional growth.

Partnerships and Relationships

We forge partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and government agencies to leverage resources, expand opportunities, and create a collaborative network for community development.

Spiritual Support

We provide spiritual guidance, counseling, and support services to individuals and families, fostering spiritual growth, resilience, and hope in the face of adversity.

To make these community thrive we would love your support in our efforts to raise $10,000 to jumpstart these programs. All proceeds will go towards creating these programs and scheduling educational, spiritual and mentoring partnerships.

Mental and Physical Health

Objective: To promote mental and physical well-being among community members the way Jesus would.
Services Provided:
* Free group therapy sessions led by licensed therapists.
* Trauma treatment programs tailored to individual needs.
* Support groups addressing various challenges, such as alcoholism and drug use.
* Small groups designed to provide community support and foster personal growth.

Financial Health

Objective: To enhance financial literacy and economic stability within the community in a Godly manner.
Services Provided:
* Comprehensive money management and job preparation programs.
* Financial literacy workshops covering topics such as credit education and financial planning.
* Insurance education to help individuals plan for their financial future.
* Hands-on guidance and resources to support long-term financial well-being.

Community Health

Objective: To cultivate a well-rounded and educated community through continuous learning and outreach based on Biblical principles.
Services Provided:
* Youth mentorship programs focusing on emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence.
* Continuing education programs aimed at providing working adults with new skills and knowledge.
* Quarterly outreach programs to engage and support the broader community.
* Educational initiatives designed to foster a culture of lifelong learning and community engagement.
